Snowboarding took me all over the world and eventually brought me to the beautiful town of Aspen, CO. While between seasons I found myself in Barcelona, Spain where I experienced the artistry of Antoni Gaudi and his mosaic masterpieces. Once inspired, I returned home to Columbia, SC and began experimenting with broken tile. The owner of a tile shop told me if I loved tile I should look into glass. Thus in 2009 I took up an apprenticeship under Lois Williams of Williams Stained Glass and have enjoyed it ever since.
